What is your shipping policy?Packages are shipped out via USPs/Local delivery in 3-7 business days including customizations and shipping. - International orders take about 7-10 business days for delivery (depending on customs).

What are the international shipping rates?International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination location/region. I ordered a pre-order item, when will it ship?Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description. If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost.
